The sketch will be created after payment confirmation is received.

There will be no refunds or cancellations once the sketch is made.

We will send an invoice containing the order details, total price, and payment instructions.

Once payment is completed, we will send a timeline with an estimated completion time for the sketch progress, lineart & base color, and rendering.

The service provided is fully digital. The completed image will be sent via email. No physical prints or items will be shipped.

A maximum of 3 revisions is allowed. Additional revisions will incur a charge of IDR 50K / USD 5. Revisions that significantly alter the composition of the image will not be allowed.

We do not accept orders for hardcore R-18 (NSFW) content or offensive themes. We will reject any orders that make us uncomfortable.

Clients are not allowed to copy, edit, or modify the completed illustration without written permission from Mea Meow.

Using the artwork for commercial purposes must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional fees. Without specific agreement, the artwork may only be used for personal purposes.

Clients are prohibited from using the artwork to train, input, or modify illustrations using AI technology or any other digital application without the artist's consent.

Clients are not allowed to resell, distribute, or claim the artwork as their own product in any form, whether physical or digital, without written consent.

By completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to every point in the Terms of Service.

If the client violates any of the Terms of Service, the commission will be canceled, and the violator will be blacklisted from future commissions.
